Tourism Operation Agreement managed under the Hyatt Regency brand, part of Hyatt International Corporation, for a period of 20 years, with a guaranteed minimum return, with two options:
5% during the first 5 years
3% during the first 10 years

The owner can use the apartment for 4 weeks per year, with a maximum limit of 1 week in July/August and December/January.

The return becomes the actual return generated by the apartment at the end of the guaranteed return period and according to the client's option: in the sixth year of the investment if they opt for the minimum 5% guaranteed in the first five years or in the eleventh year of the investment if they opt for the minimum 3% guaranteed in the first ten years.
