The foundations of SG were laid in 2001 when Founder and Managing Director, Scott Kemsley, relocated to Portugal. Following a background in finance throughout the mid-to-late 1990s across South America, Africa, and Europe, Scott acquired two development projects: one outside Loulé in Portugal, and another near Larnaca, Cyprus.
